Khan vs Snake Eyes

Movie versions of both, both are in-character, and the fight is to the death or KO. Both are dressed as pictured but this is strictly a hand-to-hand fight, no weapons or gadgets. This is a random encounter and the fight takes place in an abandoned, two-story warehouse. Who wins and why?

@nfactor1995: Snake Eyes has faced threats beyond human before, namely, Zartan is a shapeshifter/morpher, and the Crimson Twins share an unexplained telepathic bond. He's also capable of defeating an armored tank-or-whatever by himself, or 2-3 dozen ninjas, either or. Because of this, I have to believe that when Khan displays his enhanced strength and other abilities, Snakes Eyes would would catch on quickly and adapt.

Tbh, this seems like Snake Eyes vs Serpentor, essentially, so I believe, despite Khan's bio-engineered (or whatever) advantages, or whatever sci-fi tech Khan may bring with him, Snake Eyes has essentially done this all before.

It would be a great battle, maybe a three-issue mini-series, but Snake Eyes would most likely win in the end, especially out of 10.

Snake Eye's his sword should be enough Khans h2h wasn't that all more impressive than Snakes, they should be in the relatively same reaction department unless I'm forgetting something. Khan has greater strength but SE has greater agility so he should be able to stay out of reach long enough to kill Khan.
