Why not? Kenshiro could just hit a pressure point and make Hulk's head explode, like he's done to so many of his opponents. Even if WWh regenerates from something like that, he'd be out of commission long enough for Kenshiro to take advantage. Ken's got lots of ridiculous feats to name.

Wow..forgot about this one. lol Anyways Hulk's regeneration powers will most likely keep in in the fight for a long time, although Kenshiro is faster. Not sure how long Kenshiro could keep it up though, most likely take breathers when Hulk tries to regenerate his exploded head.
WWH annihilates. Mismatch. Kenshiro is not going for his plot device technique off the bat whereas is totally in-character for Hulk to clap his head off right away.
Hulk stomps this. And I consider myself a huge Hokuto no Ken fanboy.
Edit: Well, maybe stomp is a bit too harsh of a word to use. Let's say he does the best out of everyone this side of Iron Man in his Hulk Buster armor. But we all know what happened to Tony...
