Kenshiro would win but this is a very good fight.
Thanks I thought so too since they both have muscle control HKS wouldn't really work on Luther similar to the way it doesn't work on other adept fighters in the series.

Sorry for bumping this, but I need to clarify... Hokuto Shin Ken WILL work on Luthor Strode despite his abilities, so long as his anatomy is still similar to normal humans. Muscle control works on a completely different mechanism and is only a small aspect of Ken's techniques. The only times it has not worked in the series are against adept fighters that also have knowledge in Hokuto or (sometimes) Nanto and Gento styles. And even then, Kenshiro has enough mastery of his art to bypass most such defenses.
I'll admit I don't know much about Luthor Strode, but from what I've seen his physical prowess is the only useful tool he has in this fight, and against Kenshiro that just isn't enough. He'll put up a good fight and Ken will tank a few shots for sportsmanship, but the Fist of the North Star will ultimately reign supreme.
@geno: Thanks for you clarification, because I was just about to write the same thing, lol. Muscle control doesn't stop Hokuto Kenshin because it's based on pressure points not muscle control.

Kenshiros pressure point attacks seem like magical anyway and illogical it almost works through anything.

Hokuto Shinken is like a fighting style made by the writers of Silver Age Superman. When Kenshiro encounters a situation a pressure point never mentioned in the manga before solves the problem, lol.
@uberhikari: Yeah its like he pulls off another 2500 year old technique hax when he faces difficulty and pawns the enemy... LOL.

Hahaha... This is very true, from what i've seen of course...
Luther spits his tooth at Kenshiro and kills him 9 times over
One touch from kenshiro and luther is already dead.

Luther breathes and Kenshiro dies from heart failure.
Luthor Strode is a far cooler character, but like with most anime characters if there was ever a problem, Kenshiro would just do something he'd never done before to win.
Luther spits his tooth at Kenshiro and kills him 9 times over
One touch from kenshiro and luther is already dead.
Luther breathes and Kenshiro dies from heart failure.
proof.?

You don't need proof

You see that big guy in the beginning? that will happen to luther strode.

Lol and this is precisely why I don't watch anime or read manga.

@chibi_cute: The people who wrote Kenshiro don't understand what the word "logic" means.

HAHA.. you missed the point. kenshiro is made to be illogical. he is jesus and bruce lee combined.
@chibi_cute: The people who wrote Kenshiro don't understand what the word "logic" means.
Explain.
@i_like_swords: the 'logic' is based off eastern martial arts mythos, stemming from wuxia infused into post-apocalyptic mad max world.
Simple really.
Not too well versed on Luther Strode, but how would he even manage to get past Kenshiro's touki?

Explain.
>Touches opponents forehead
>Is frozen in place for a few seconds
>Explodes violently

That doesn't mean it makes the slightest amount of sense.

Now this I can believe.
@supremehyperion: Sounds like an anime hater.
@i_like_swords: Because comics have all sorts of logic. Logic =/= Fiction

This is fiction...A man making people explode using his finger. Is that logical?
@i_like_swords: Learn more about eastern mysticism
same goes with space hippies with laser swords, men with rubber nipples using bat shaped boomerangs to fight guns
@darthaznable: Not at all, I like anime but usually always hate the main hero characters because they tend to have secret "every situation powers" locked away somewhere in their butts. Anime as a whole is pretty darn cool.

Well you gotta look at it this way. It's the same with most heroes. SA Superman? More like Superplotdevice. Now I don't like new anime butt older stuff like Hokuto and DBZ and Gundam. I like that stuff. I see what you mean though. Kenshiro is one of the only main characters I like.
@strongarm: Eastern Mysticism has no logic behind it. If it does educate me.
The force and lightsabers youre referring to actually have a set logic behind them which has been explained in detail by creators. Much more logical than super amazing forehead tap that explodes cus martial artist ATATATATATA
@i_like_swords: Its called 'mysticism' for a damn reason, if you don't like magic then don't read
stick with your scifi, even though lucas lifted from samurai culture
