Ken(anime) is blood lusted while Krillin is in character Buu saga(power level)/ Manga only. The fight takes place in a open arena, wins can be by either KO or death. No flying or energy blasts allowed for Krillin only hand to hand combat for him.

Who wins?

Yeah I also think Kenshiro. Even if Krillin is faster or stronger it is Kens style that would probably allow him to instant death Krillin with his insane pressure point style.
