In a tough fight, I'm giving it to the Merc with the Mouth. Kenshi's TK and teleportation moves would be problematic, but Kenshi did lose to Quan Chi in armageddon after he beat Sheeva.
I hate DP too.
EDIT: Actually now that I think about it, I'm not sure if Kenshi was bloodlusted when he fought Quan Chi. I honestly can't speak atm.
Kenshi is quite a powerful telekinetic and expert martial artist with the katana. If this is a fight to the death, DP will probably eventually win since he can't die. However, if it's just to incapacitation then Kenshi has a fighting chance.
If this is incapacitate then Kenshi wins because he can just use TK and literally rip Deadpool apart. But since this is to the death and Deadpool can just heal then he wins because Kenshi can't heal if he gets mortally wounded.
Also Deadpool is a great swordsman as well, I'd love to see this match in some kind of animated film because of it's epicness but yeah in the end DP would outlast him.
Big fan of both of these characters btw so I have no dog in this race
