Ken from Ninja Blade vs. Symbiotic suit Spider man

I am only through mission 4, but Ken is amazing. Spectacular even.

Battle takes place in Tokyo. Spiderman thinks Ken killed Uncle Ben, while Ken thinks spider-man is one of the bad guys hes supposed to kill.

Who wins? Sorry I dont know how to post pictures
