Kang also takes it to the Surfer. so i fail to see how Sinestro takes this

but dont take my word for it @boschepg knows more about Kang then i do

Otherwise I imagine that would be unfair.

Yes, now that Kang can't time step, I see him losing to Sinestro's constructs.

Everyone in Marvel has been knocked down my CA's shield, they are just throwing him a bone and trying to make him useful.

Back to topic at hand, Kang. Also glad to see he's getting some respect finally.

Sinestro has recently survived a planetary level explosion easily. I'll vote for him.

It's pre-52 Sinestro. New 52 would stomp effortlessly without a ring... now that Sinestro has mastered Parallax and commands it around like a whipped dog.
