Classic Drax has displayed low end feats that help balance the occasional high end feat he displayed (and rarely repeated). 
For instance, being stunned by one of the Blood Brothers
 

Possibly PIS, since he was a match to Thanos and Surfer. Besides, Cap. Mar-Vell is not well known to me and when people who really know him show me some of his best feats he seems to be pretty powerfull.
