His durability also scales with his angryness, the only time that I remember that Wolverine couldn't cut straight into Hulk was during WWHulk, what usually happens is that Wolvie shoves his claws into Hulk and can't damage him further thanks to his healing abilities. Also, even if we consider that version of Hulk that was beheaded, he still was dropped immobile in the ground for some time so the regeneration wasn't "instantaneous" and had even a side effect. And the point for the cutting/piercing Durability (I never said that it was bad, but from the high-tiers, it isn't the best either, many swords ripped through him in the past and the vast majority were never described to be made of adamantium) stands only for the variations of the Kamui, I don't think that the long-range version can be countered by that kind of durability, it just warps away everything that touches it, as a last resort, he can just BFR the entire Hulk and leave him there, this isn't Doctor Green. Also, Kaguya is no joke, she endured 9-(at least)Mountain Buster attacks at the same time, all of them with the ability to cut something as big as the Shinju Tree and was already recovering herself.
