Actually Bison stomps Akuma during the SF Alpha series. Shin Goku Satsu doesn't affect Bison because he doesn't have a soul at that point. It isn't until Bison's body is initially destroyed and he possesses Rose that he remerges with a piece of his soul and Akuma's Shin Goku Satsu can effect him that he loses to Akuma. Final Bison should be able to beat regular Akuma (at least).

Typing from my phone so I can't look up the plot exactly, but I'm pretty sure that's correct, just not positive where things fall in terms of SFA3 and SF2.

Yeah And he Stalemated Akuma in SF2 if you Read Udon Comics and i believe Alpha was when he was at His Strongest so Alpha 3 Bison > SF2 Bison=SF2 Akuma. so yeah Final Bison Has This

Only the games are canon afaik. Which makes stats really hard to gauge.
