Kaine and Spider-Man vs. Midnighter and Gorgon

Random encounter. No Doors. Kaine is current, Spidey is Back in Black, Midnighter is pre-new 52 and Gorgon is pre-Daredevil face kick. In character. Team Spiders are aware Midnighter is an extreme threat with loose morals and are aware of Gorgon's stare; Team BAMF has a basic understanding of what the Spiders are capable of.

Probably team 2. IMO Kaine it the weak link. I don't think he has the feats yet to justify beating either midnighter or the gorgon.

Unless Kaine can remain invisible for the entire match, Midnighter probably takes him out fast leaving Spidey with a hard 2-on-1. Midnighter then keeps him busy while Gorgon goes for the stare.
