I don't know anything about Dracula from castlevania but I do know kain is extremely powerful and even without the abilities of the scion of balance he is still one of the most powerful vampires in fictional history

Side question: Wouldn't Raziel utterly destroy Dracula?

When it comes to power Dracula can definitely match Kain and if I allowed him to transform he would probably over power him since he gets a huge boost in power when he does.

Anybody else wanna add on to this.

Kain has the Soulreaver and Powers geared more towards fighting then anything Dracula can put out. Plus Kain fights enemys more powerfull then anythin Draculas faced in hundreds of years

I'm going with Kain because the fanboy in me demands it and because Dracula has been No.1 for too long! Kain is probably older too a millenia passes in the time it takes Raziel to return his kin crushed by Kain, his brothers evolved beyond recognition and still Kain is there on the Throne! (Dumah claims to be more powerful but no proof) where as Dracula is rumoured to be Vlad the Impaler making him centuries old but both are Awesome and in my view the 2 most iconic Vampires of all
