Planet/Dimension level because it was suggested in the manga and elaborated in the databook. Also makes sense due to weaker characters being moon level.
Or she's technically just country level+ and it's just that her Gudoudama is hax in that it can atomize matter within a planetary range.
Her dimension had sun-light, and therefore contained a star.She was going to erase all of that, she also created said dimension that had a at least one star.

@itachi_totsukablitz: Kaguya is a dimension-wide(universe?) reality warper with planetary TP and country level DC (if she had star level DC she would have flattened Naruto at multiple points...that's just silly. You're saying low-mountain level Sakura physically hurt a star-level character?).
Also, her feats of destroying creating/destroying dimensions are via reality warping hax, not outright physically busting them. If anything, she only has one move that can potentially "bust" a planet or higher, but as we saw, it's far from instant and incredibly easy to react to (until it hits levels we havnt even seen but are stated)...she honestly wanted to beat Nardsauce before even using it, just to be safe. Her physical ability does not seem to function at those dramatic levels, as seen in her fight, so country is more appropriate.
In short, she is a country leveler with planetary hax and dimensional+ rw. Sort of a glass cannon, for her tier, but is thusly more likely to be paired with weaker opponents (based on her physical level and not her overall abilities) and win more often than not.
Unless, you could tell me where otherwise light would come from.

Kaguya's Durability: Below universal (though she was low on chakra when Perf. Susanoo cut her), tanked tailed beast rasenshurikens and the tailed beasts have power similar to perfect susanoo. Took a punch from Sakura who's chakra punches are on par with Naruto's.
She fought against two skyfather level beings (Naruto and Sasuke), Sasuke's Perfect Susanoo can destroy all things in creation since it's the incarnation of destruction, and Naruto used the tailed beasts which were said to have comparable power to the perfect susanoo.

How is the Naruto planet small? That was a bullsh!t argument invented by unnaturally moronic haters of the franchise. There is literally nothing that supports this theory, but a lot that disproves it (the planet is explicitly modeled after and referred to as Earth, it has the same orbit and day-night cycle, same surface gravity, same moon at the same distance, ect.)
Yeah but shouldn't it drain her chakra and if a ninja runs out of chakra they get knocked out or die? It'd seem her cap is a VERY small planet if she wants to be sure she doesn't get killed afterwards.
No, because it doesn't take up all of her chakra to generate a planet-level Gudoudama. Given how only a few dozen ninjas are only needed to power up a moon cannon, the amount of chakra needed to generate a planet-level Gudoudama is far less than her overall chakra levels. It's more likely that the chakra she absorbed from the Shinju of tens of thousands of shinobi is the maximum chakra required to make that Gudoudama, and she didn't expend any of her own chakra levels to do so.

That's the Juubi's chakra while it was in an incomplete form.

When did it ever say that the Sensing sphere was a model for the planet?? I don't recall it ever being mentioned, we know the sphere changes shape when it reacts to chakra or has bubbles. All that image does is tells us that the Juubi's chakra when sensed is the size of a planet.

Actually, I was saving this for that argument: it says "like" as in, it's not, meaning it could mean absolutely anything: from size, to density, to composition.
Anyhow, the point is, if she's only equal to a planet, it means she'd drain herself to take one out.
That wasn't her energy, it was the Juubi's, who is far weaker than her. On top of that, that energy output was coming from an incomplete Jubbi. Planet level energy = incomplete Juubi's chakra << complete Juubi <<< Kaguya.
That's why she is able to create and destroy dimensions with planets in them so easily.

What are you even talking about ? Who even said that the sensing sphere is model for a planet ? What I said is that the Juubi's energy was stated by the intel division to be equal to that of a planet. Read carefully before jumping to conclusions or calling people children.
On topic. We don't know how big her dime sions are. The only hint we ever got on her dimensions size is by obito. He describes it as being "incredibly vast". But I'll just go by the databook and say it's planet level.
@nishi99: Well judging by how small the population is to be honest, they showed every country on their planet and yet the combined force of all of them was at best 80 000 soldiers... there are countries in our world with 10 million people that muster a bigger army then that(100 000+) and unlike them we aren't even in the profession of having "magical" ninajs.
@atheistknowledge: Well they had 3 World Wars and the villages are small compared to the countries there in. Plus most people can't become ninjas or don't want to. Pain also stated the nukes the Akatsuki planed on making would put millions in fear.
