This is a big one I wanted to make, and after some research, I think I got it.
Battle is in a city no people. They start 60m away from each other. They dont see the other team, but they know where the other team starts from. All current, dead are alive for this fight, all at their max power.

Alan yeah, I got him Sentry to play with, or Thor. But thins new Fate looks like his not as powerful as he can, and should be. "

Screw the Avengers, JSA rules!!! =)

JSA without even trying Doctor Fate and especially Alan Scott can wipe out most of that Avenger's roster with a casual act of will.

No more than Alan Scott and Obsidian is needed for this 

You need to change the roster for JSA a little to make it fair. the problem is 4 mega power houses on the team.
 
1. Alan Scot (for obvious reasons)
2. Dr Fate (the current is more powerful than many think. he beat the crap out of Lady Blaze who beat all comers to rule hell. Also since just before the darkness engine thread he's learned that the helmet is like a magic library that if he's open to it gives him the magic to use)
3. Obsidian after the darkness engine is also back to his uber peak levels ( which also puts him in the Fate arena)
4. Jakeem Thunder (let's face it without PIS he should be able to take out the entire Avengers team listed)
