No TOAA or Presence, just the two different groups.

Don't use that stupid comic that had fans vote to win.

All it's not matchups, I mean if Superman took out Captain America straight away he could go straight to Thor if he wanted. ANYONE CAN VERSE ANYONE.

With all honesty I don't think The Avengers have a chance. I believe even The Flash could beat th whole Avengers in a billionth of a second if he went full on.

Also please say more variables I should include if I have them wrong.

You have to give more information than this. Are you saying total rosters, ever, vs each other? Because that's too many variables to predict in a debate. Also, if you think you're making a mismatch, such as a battle where you think one team would win easily to the point of characters being able to solo, don't make the match. The goal is to make matches as even as possible. And finally, this forum is littered with Avengers vs Justice League threads. Search a little, use Google or the Comicvine search. Justice League almost always wins, but you can learn a lot and get most of your questions answered just by reading the old threads.

Case and point, look at the previous posts, people are confused as to who is in this fight, getting teams mixed up, and pointing out there are a bunch of characters who might be able to solo.

But if we want to break it down to everyone that has been a JLA member, aside from the "main" members:

We're dealing with at least three different Flashes, as well as Walter West ("Dark Flash") and Jesse Quick.

Powerhouses like Maxima (also a powerful TPer), Donna Troy, Etrigan and Big Barda.

Magic users such as Fate, Manitou Raven, Silver Sorceress, Zatanna...

Top it off with three Kryptonians and a Daxamite and I'd say the Avengers are not going to get out alive.

The Avengers are just outmatched. In terms of numbers as well as power, and variety. Especially in the area of magic, the League has them outgunned.

Avengers aren't so outmatched. Wasn't Insane Genis-Vell and, Avenger? He killed Eternity, and the universe. There is also other powerful people on Team Avengers.
