Justice League vs Spawns, Violator
Imo without the likes of Ertigan or Swamp-Thing on the JL side they will find it hard going imo.
But with the Flash involved BFR is possible :)
@chaos_prime: I left BFF open since Jim Downing BFRs foes in the Abyss and Al Simmons BFRs foes in various hells. I know Al shown the ability to traverse dimensions many times, I see Jim only traverse earth and Abyss. Violator can only traverse to earth or the various hells. Both Violator and Jim however need dark shadows to traverse these planes. Al just teleports where he wants.
@auction_sniper: well, we seen his brothers do this, and he is head of the family as the strongest.

Violator possess most, and make them attack JL. The 2 spawns can take Supes and then it will be all of them vs. Flash. So team Spawn
@shiryu: will post them when I get home. He is from all my current issues over all weaker to Al, however his best role in a fight is as a healer/support character.
I think Team Spawn takes it easy. For starters, you need heaven forged weapons or necromagic to kill a spawn. To my knowledge WW is the only "divine" weapon and that's not even heaven forged. JL would go down swinging, but down they would go. Spawns also have a vast magical array.

@shiryu: Here are some feats I have as of #112. He has more feats up to #225 that I am missing.
Chains and Cape
Like Al, Jim can use his Chains and Cape for attacks.
1) Holds Vampire down to rip his head off.
2) Chokes target to death.
3) Throws around a skyscraper wrecking super human.
4-6) Uses Chains to spread out everywhere in a web like maze.
Claws
1) Claws flesh.
2) Claws through whole body.
3-4) Spikes through foes flaming body.
5) Spikes multiple targets through the shadows.
Necro Energy Blasts
Like Simmons he can project powerful Necro attacks.
1) Blows apart a Demon Vampires head with his finger.
2) A AOE like Blast.
3) Powerful enough blast to harm Omega Spawn.
Magic
Jim has also shown interesting use of Magic.
1-2) Degrades a Gun with Magical Maggots.
3) Hides his presence from other magical beings.
4) Summons man eating rats from Shadows.
Shadow Attacks
This spawn has a connection to the Abyss dimension it seems, and allows him control over shadows and darkness.
1-2) Learns to extend his Claws and spikes through the Shadows.
3-4) Stays safe in the Shadows while whipping out chain attacks.
5) Swallows a well lit room into the darkness, and kills the humans with fright.
Shadow Telaportation
Having control of Darkness allows him to travel or BFR foes into the Abyss.
1) Shadow ports himself and others in instant travel.
2-4) BFRs one of Hell's Elite into the Abyss.
Self Healing
Spawn of course can self heal wounds.
1) Heals bullet to brain.
2) Heals split open head with no problems.
3) Shot through only to heal right up.
Healing Others
This is the core to Jim's claim to fame. He is a massive healer. Something to do with being part Angel.
1-3) Touches a man to cure his lung issues. Then in the Hospitable room he cures everyone injuries, and ailments by being in the same room as them.
4-5) Cures retardation like ailments a child was born with.
6) Cures a friends cold and eye sight.
7-9) Brings a man hot by a bus back to life.
8-9) Jim throws Twitch off a roof, and then brings him back to life.
Flight
Jim can fly and does so a few times.
Teleportation
Jim can used Light Speed Necro Teleportation like Simmons.
Durability
Jim as a Spawn has hard core durability.
1-2) Smashes through the top to the bottom of a sky scraper with no effect.
3) Smashes through a entire building with no damage.
4-5) Hit so hard that he flies 100s of feet up, and across the city before crash landing. No big deal.
6-7) Has a skyscraper being built fall on top of him with no damage.
8-9) Tanks a mansion busting explosion at ground zero.
Strength
Not to many feats in strength, but here they are.
1) Smashes car.
2) Smashes aside all the debris of a skyscraper being built.

Jim hasn't fully developed his powers yet. Al helps even the balance though. Violator can tank a lot as well. Since MM isn't here, I'm leaning towards Team Spawn.

I was seeing Jim as more the healer type who ca use Darkness to his heavy advantage. All would be doing most of the leg work here.

It seems then team Spawn have all angles covered here, even being able to deal with The Flash with BFR so imo team Spawn take this encounter but it will be hard going with the Flash involved but in time they will be able BFR him imo :)
