Who wins and why?

Darkseid and Doomsday have given them all a run for their money before through sheer strength and durability

all they really have to do is take out MM and Darkseid's telepathy solo's the rest.

the villains win. Darkseid and Doomsday both would solo the Justice League.

All depends on the version of Doomsday.

DoS Dooms - The League should win in a very good fight.

H/P - No one here has anything to stop him. He'll kill Batman, Hal, and Aquaman (who isn't listed in the OP) without too much trouble. Wonder Woman and Manhunter next then finally Superman. Plus the League has Darkseid to deal with. I see Lex being taken down easily honestly. Anyone here except Batman or Superman should stop him.

I think the League should win then.

Superman and WW keep Darkseid busy.

Flash, GL and Aquaman hold Dooms without really engaging him.

MM takes out Lex.

MM helps Supe and WW with Darkseid.

All of them together should be enough to stop DoS Doomsday.

Batman throws Batarangs around and does his best to look like he's useful here.

Two scenarios:

One - Doomsday take out the JL like he did in his first appearance, except this time he has two hands. Darkseid mops up as well. The only threat at the end Martian Manhunter, whom Darkseid can burn him with Omega Beams. Then while all this is happening, Lex is counting his money.

Two- Aquaman's trident destroys Lex's armor, and GL keeps him in a barrier to prevent him from escaping. Wonder Woman, Aquaman and Martian Manhunter take on Doomsday while Superman, Flash, and Green Lantern fight Darkseid. The team should finish off Darkseid by speedblitz and a long fight, and they all team up on Doomsday and hurl him into the Sun. Batman watches the fireworks. The end.

Definitely villains. I believe Doomsday defeated JLA with an arm tied behind his back, so add Darkseid, and that's already destruction.

H/P DD solos .
DoS DD gives them one hell of a fight and might as well kill one or two . Darkseid would be a pain to take out as well .
Dunno what Lex can do that would make him evade a first minute knock out .
