This is a ridiculously bad battle. It would come down to Hulk and Thor alone in a heartbeat, cause they are the only 2 that could tank any serious hit. After Thor and Hulk basically realise the rest of the Avengers are dead or Ko'd how are they even supposed to fight? They'd be destroyed. 
 
Any chance Hawk-eye even remotely has of phasing Manhunter is if he shoots a flame arrow. This is just madness, and Jon would just dodge the arrow, this is only a man with arrows, he doesn't shoot them a FTL speeds.

If you read the entire thing I put up, you would realize that J'onn wasn't paying attention to anything other than Vision, so Hawkeye shot him.

while i still think that the league would stomp i think a few people are underestimating scarlet witch. even at her normal power levels her hexes and magic ability could do some damage. the ability to alter probability should not be completely discounted. but she would more than likely get speedblitzed.
