How does Sentry help? Is Time Manip part of his powerset?

Sentrys powers are whatever the writers need them to be. He's shown reality warping powers and apparently like Zoom he somewhat moves ahead of time.

I had no idea Sentry could Time Manip. I know he's displayed molecular manip among all the other stuff he can do.... but he can control time as well? Are there scans of this?

He hasn't shown TIME manipulation but has shown molecular as you yourself has stated...and wasn't Captian Atom able to negate Flashes speed with his powers? It could be speculated that Sentry could do the same.

I have no idea, one of the Flash experts running around here could better answer that one!

I'm still trying to figure out how Sentry (like everyone else on team, with MAYBE the exception of Wally) gets ahead of Zoom, since he's further along the time stream than everyone else. How do they stop him if he's basically a step ahead everyone here? Who has the power set to neutralize that? MAYBE Wanda? ...But I'm thinking she gets murdered before she even realizes what heck is going on.

Everyone here probably dies if Wally can't stop it. Wally may be able to edge out a win.

@wardemon32: youndon't have to be much faster to beat someone. If Wally is moving 13 trillion times FTL and Zoom is moving 13,000001 times FTL, Wally still wouldn't be able to tag him.

Anyway, this is a Zoom vs Wally fight, and a bloodlusted Zoom would take it.

I dunno, man, depending on Sentry's situation Zoom might not be able to put him down. Dude's come back from outright dying and molecular disintegration before. Obviously if it's, like, normal knockoff Superman Sentry then he goes down but he hasn't been that in awhile.
