Blink can teleport things inside other's body I heard. That's cheap as hell. Just for that, I'm going with nightcrawler. He's the fastest and give him a sword he's just as good as Spiral.

That is all false.Bison never lost to Rose..he basically is Rose.She is terrified of him,she is the good part of his soul,when he died she died.Ryu only beat him with the help of Ken.He beat Chun-Li in her own ending in SFAIII and he killed her father.The second time he fought her he completely manhandled her.Guile has never beat him and that's why he's looking for him..because he killed his partner Charlie.Akuma destroyed his body but his soul wandered until a new one was built for him.

It's canon that Rose beat him in Alpha 2. From the Japanese All about Street Fighter Zero 2. However Chun-Li's SFAIII ending is not canon as far as i know. You're also wrong about Akuma. The Shun Goku Satsu attacks and destroys your soul, not your body.

It shows it in the comics and I believe it is mentioned in Street Fighter:The Eternal Challenge,in his bio.Also..if Bison's soul was to be destroyed,his storyline in SFA3 which is cannon would make no sense....because he was trying to beat Ryu and use his body as his new host.

Actually the best teleporter is Spiral. But, Bision and Spiral would end up being the last two to battle it out.
And between you two guys; Bison can always teleport around Blink. She wouldn't be fast enough to "blink" objects inside an intangable Bison spinning around her.

The problem is that Bison still needs to see it coming. He would be so easy to fake out with a multi-teleport shot, with it missing him and he does not even need to go intangible and she shove a ton of sand in him? Also, he teleports in a 2-dimensional grid. Blink is used to 3-dimensions.
Also, Spiral is not the best teleporter, she can (like nightcrawler) only teleport things she is touching and not other things without her teleporting also.
