If you choose Juggernaut you get Trion(meaning you have full access to the Crimson Gym of Cytorrak).
If you choose Hulk you don't have to be green and you have control in Hulk form.

Gotta say I prefer Jug's. Green ain't my color.

Neither. I don't want gamma radiation pumping through my veins with an inferiority complex too accompany it, but I also don't want to be the avatar of some malevolent extra-dimensional being.
I would say Hulk, because there's loads to tackle with having multiple personalities. Plus, who doesn't want to be some big tough powerhouse on the Avengers, and also among the brightest scientific minds on the planet, in one person?

Even so, its massive radiation in your veins or malevolent extra-dimensional being. If I was to have the second, I'd rather strike a deal with The Darkness any day.
I'm going with Juggernauts power. Dude is immune to all earthly toxins, poisons, diseases, and dosen't need to grow stronger with anger, dude can't be hurt, dosen't require rest, hulk can, and has grown weak, Juggernaut hasn't, save for de-powered Cain. He has more potential for mystical power, and needn't realy on strength alone. Juggernauts set all the way.
I pick the Hulk, in the real world being as big and heavy as juggs all the time would be a hassle. Also hes kind of slow I'd rather jump to places.
Gotta go with the Hulk. I don't wanna be evil and forced to follow Cytorrak's will. I just wanna be a lazy comic book nerd who can use the line "Oh I wouldn't make me angry...you wouldn't like me when I'm angry!". I mean I'm not a Hulk fan, but if I could control that power and have it, it's a no brainer.
Thanks for reading,

Hulk, if i ever got into a fight, that would be useful, instead of always being that humongous as Juggy...
In real life? Juggernaut. Strength comparisons aside:
1. It's Trion Juggernaut.
2. Being nearly unstoppable and physically invulnerable is enough for me in real life. Once you reach Class 100, there's really no need for additional strength unless it's against a super.
3. Better regeneration.
If it's the comics or a world with other notable superpowers, then Hulk by far. Infinite strength, ability to see ghosts and grab and destroy energy, heavy resistance to everything from phasing to transmutation to telepathy.

After reading this... I really would wanna be hulk instead, plus I don't gots to be green and I don't gots no control.
Not gonna really have to regenerate much in the real world and I'd be too strong to not break parts of the world that wants to try me.

If there were no consequences involving making a deal with an evil entity I would take Juggs. If there are consequences, I go with Hulk.
You have free will if you choose Juggernaut.

Hulk because his power depends on his anger while juggernaut's power depends on which version we are talking
Trion Juggernaut(most powerful version).
