the uni power must give them to you. It is rediculous to give a normal guy super speed without giving him super reflexes. If he didn't have the reflexes, he would just run into walls all the time.

That Makes Sence but to what extent does his superhuman reflexes go to ? Are we talking about Juggernaut with Silver Surfer reflex speed here ?
