Champion can fly, Juggernaut can't. Those tactics won't work. Nothing can work against Juggernaut, Thanos actually smacked Champion around a few times, but Juggernaut is different. He can't do anything to stop him.
Thanos is probably stronger than Juggernaut, smarter than Juggernaut, more tactical than Juggernaut, and has magical powers that would beat the crap out of Juggernaut.
Thanos doesn't have magical powers. He never has last time I read about him. I asked which Juggernaut because if it's Unstoppable Juggernaut, Thanos can't do anything against him, but if it's normal Juggernaut, Thanos wins.

Thanos quickly realizes Juggs is invulnerable (with all of his infinity well knowledge he probably already knows it) so he transports Juggs into space and leaves him there. Juggs doesn't die but is floating in space and therefore helpless THANOS wins.

Juggernaut is not only smarter than the Hulk Thanos was referring to, but if Juggernaut has his full power in this fight, he's much- much more powerful than the Hulk on a bad day... if you catch my drift. Juggernaut would win in a pure brawl, but Thanos has the edge with his incredible intelligence. If the situation allows for it, Thanos could pull the win.

Cheating? Why is using all of the powers you have at your disposal to win cheating? Juggernaut wearing his helmet because it makes him immune to mental attacks is more cheating than Thanos using his innate powers to transport himself and others across vast distances. To be honest Thanos is stronger than Juggernaut anyway (Thanos fought Thor and The Thing at the same time even before he was resurrected and suped up by Death). So Thanos could just throw juggernaut into space if he wanted to.
They consider it "cheating" because it's not a good fight. But I agree, Thanos is stronger than Juggernaut. Thanos will be able to get ol' Juggies helmet off (since the Hulk can do it Thanos can) and then he'll use his telepathy to make him a vegetable, like I previously stated.
Thanos can blast something with the equivalent of a atom bomb's worth of energy on a regular basis. He did hit galactus in the head so hard that it blew off his helmet and send him flying, he still got his ass kicked after words but he still managed to do so. I think juggernaut's helmet isn't as hard to knock off as Galactus'
So thanos could just blast juggernaut with said force and send him flying into the galaxy's central black hole and watch him get trapped for eternity being bombarded with some of the most powerful forces in any universe.
