Juggernaut wins because of his endless endurance. Gladiator may have sent Juggernaut flying in a cartoon but as far as canonically Juggernaut wins hands down. That cartoon scene of Gladiator sending Juggernaut flying means nothing. I mean later on in that same saga Rogue sends Gladiator flying and knocks him around pretty bad. So since that's basically the basis for this whole vs thread Juggernaut wins.

I have not seen gladiator smash through dimensions. I will go with gladiator on this for BFR but if they were theoretically locked in a vibranium box juggernaut would come out on top. Also the reason juggernaut gets beat so much is because when marvel has a new character and they want to show him/her off, one of the best ways for them to do that is to have them beat up the juggernaut.

He's unstoppable when running. He's not immovable, that's not how his powers work.
He has been moved just fine throughout his career. Infact, he got punched to mars by Skaar (when Juggs didn't have any momentum). Most of the time X-men beat him by BFR.

Skaar punched him when he was in the air, falling towards him. It's not the same thing when you're on the ground, regardless of whether you are Juggernaut or not.

Yes he can start running but given Juggernaut's character, he'd brag about how he's unstoppable and has beaten the hulk. Gladiator would then realize he's a dangerous opponent. BFR is not even out of character for him. As long as he doesn't try to slug it out or to stop Cain's momentum, he's going to be fine.
Plus he can BFR him by flying him in the same direction of his motion
Outside of bfr or messing with juggernauts powers and connection to cytorrak, nobody below hell lord level can harm or defeat the juggernaut! So juggernaut wins just by standing there. If bfr is enabled then gladiator can bfr him but that's it.
