Judge Dredd vs Tohru Adachi

Adachi has committed one too many crimes for Judge Dredd to overlook. Knowing that the Judge is coming for him, adachi escapes into the TV world to hide. However, Dredd manages to track him down and corner him. But now adachi is ready to fight back.

Dredd:

• Dredd can use comic book and movie feats
• He has his standard equipment and gun

Adachi:

• Adachi has his fully leveled Magatsu Izanagi Persona
• Has his standard gear, including his pistol
• Adachi can use game and anime feats

Fight takes place inside the TV world in Magatsu Inaba (think destroyed city)

They start 50 meters apart.

They have basic knowledge on their opponent.

Morals off, bloodlusted

Which cop wins?

Adachi stomps extremely hard, though by Persona cutscene logic Judge could just shoot him once and he'd die.

Also the battlefield is a huge point in Adachi's favor, he has total contorl over it.
