What powers has Jubilee got? Mutant Powers, Vampire Powers or Wondra Powers?

If we are using Jubilee with her mutant powers this is a stomp in her favor.

Im going with Black Canary here

She's a highly underrated character, that sonic scream of hers isnt to be messed around with. Post Lady Shiva, she's one of the better female h2h combatants on DC Earth

Jubilee, but Canary is a way better character. Jubilee might take the cake for most annoying of the X-men.

I'm going with Black Canary presuming Jubilee has no Vampire powers? But then again I don't really know Jubilee's feats

Mutant powered Jubilee

With her mutant power I think it could go either way in a quick draw. Not sure about what Jubilee's powers were as Wondra but I think she could win with her vampire abilities. More specifically the vamp super-speed and strength.

i think canary has got this. better fighter and her cry would be really effective. but i think she could probably take her h2h. 

Jubes is an ok H2H haveing been trained by wolverine and finished danger room training upto level 11 (whatever that means) And her Energy projections powers are superior to BC. I think BC has her beat in the hand to hand as she was trained By wildcat and hass years and years more experience i dont know how Jubes could avoid the Canary cry.

Maybe first to attack here to determine the win. Either could take the other out if they hit first. BC H2H hands down but I think Jubes with her mutant power is way more powerful.
