Classic strange, Surfer, and moondragon, get the win for the defenders, wwh is the best brick here, it can be close but classic fate and surfer are overwhelming.
So is classic Fate ( who isn't here) or classic Strange the problem ?? :D
Moondragon is completely inconsequential. Brainwave Jr is telepathically more powerful than her. I mere aspect of his psyche defeated Maxima in telepathic combat. He was able to breach the magic protection Black Adam has to telepathy when even Martian Manhunter can't. Plus he telepathically defeated the Ultra Humanite. Ultra has defeated BW Snr ( who could TP command the Spectre and take on the entire JSA including Classic Fate), telepathically control several heroes from another dimension ( including three who had TP resistance), and also telepathically defeated teh combined minds of MMH, Hector Hammond, Grodd, and several others.
Surfers displays of late are back to what they once were so he's only on a par with sentinel now as his showings got better in the last year and a half on pre 52 DC by a LOT.
Also having now read a little more of the Hector era of Dr Fate, I was wrong. he is above not below the Straus fate in power. Classic Fate was about Classic Strange's equal in MAGIC power. What made him more powerful was that on top of that he also had physical powers close to Superman level, and energy manip close to Captain Atom level. The Hector Fate had magic very close to Classic Level.
I don't know if the OP was edited but I don't remember seeing Hourman with worlogog the first time. That makes it way unfair as he could solo. He can simply devolve all the defenders to a point in their timeline when they were their weakest. he could turn the clock back for Strange and make him just the surgeon before he learned magic. He could make SS Rand back on his home planet before Galactus cam for it, or Hulk Bruce Banner before any incident with gamma radiation, or Blaze before he made the deal that made him Ghost rider.
