Yes they can. Joseph outsmarted an immortal god, and was fast enough to avoid getting hit by a laser. He predicts his opponents' moves, heck he even knows what line they'll say before they say it. Joseph always has a trick up his sleeve, no matter who he fights. Joseph also lays out traps where you least expect it.

How did he outsmart the "god"? Reed has actually created tech to meet THE God of the Marvel omniverse aka Stan Lee. Batman also predicts his opponents moves. He also always has tricks up his sleeve no matter who he fights, they both do. Nothing you've stated so far is a real reason why they would win.

2. All it did was take them to Heaven.

3. It was TOAA who brought the FF to him, not the other way around.
