Comedian in his prime. I guess he doesn't have a ton of feats, (although I haven't read the Watchmen: Origins). He was tough enough to stomp young Ozy, ra** Silk Spectre, shoot a prego woman, smash some hippies, but nothing feat worthy. He is said to have a lot of experience with the military, and his photo with the president proves he had some outstanding achievements there. His best actual feat is figuring out Veidt's plan. Still, my heart is with him as I like all his source material, including his movie. I can't say the same about Jonah Hex, so despite his lack of feats, I'm going with the Comedian.

Jonah stomps. Better in every way.
