Jon Stewart Vs Sinestro

Hey guys, I know Hal Jordan is constantly doing battle with Sinestro (and that he loses as much as he wins), but would Jon Stewart (a more powerful green lantern) be able to kill Sinestro?

actually Nu 52 Guy gets put at equal to Hal for me because of his pownage of Atrocitous. unless hes done some really crappy stuff ive missed?

John is not more powerful than Hal.

In basically every encounter Sinestro outthinks Hal but loses in pure power.

John is worse than Hal in the pure power department, as is every other human GL, but is much smarter in battle.

Honestly, I think Sinestro wins if he has a GL ring, but loses ever so slightly with a Sinestro Corps ring.

I think all of the human lanterns have feats that make them the strongest lantern (besides mogo) with the exception of Kyle.

Hal made planet sized constructs and obliterated Krona when he had all the emotional beasts.

John made planet sized constructs, destroyed Mogo (although he was a black lantern via purple lantern at the time) and he can make avatars like an Orange Lantern.

Guy nearly killed Atrocitus with his bare hands, the same Atrocitus who could take on veteran Sinestro and noobie Hal at the same time without a ring.

Actually yes he is. If you take a look at a few comic books, Jon Stewart was offered a position in the Alpha Lantern Corps, which kind of like the elite Green Lanterns. Also, in the comic book Rage of the Red Lanterns, Jon Stewart had so much willpower that his will exceeded the capabilities of his ring. Hal has never, and can never do that.

Sinestro wins here. He's been written as the superior lantern. I don't see any human GL's taking him.

John has the most fortified constructs, but Hal has the greatest will power.

Hard for people to accept John Stewart's willpower exceeds the ring. That makes him far more powerful than Hal. But along with that John is a Guardian so he would not just be more powerful he would be infinite times more powerful...
