Joker vs Two Face vs Catwoman vs Penguin vs The Riddler - Battles

Batman i lying unconscious after falling prey to the teams combined efforts. Come time to kill him they realize only one can truly claim to have killed Batman. Who wins?

*Also I know some asshat will come along and say that in the confusion Batman wakes up and beats everyone but, for the sake of this scenario there is no escape in any fashion. Whether it be through Batman or one of his allies.

Fight takes place in a warehouse.

Joker has15 exploding dolls and 5 gas bombs.

Two face has two pistols with unlimited ammo.

Catwoman has her cat o' nine tails.

The Penguins has two umbrellas. One a sword the other a gun with 50 rounds.

The Riddler has his staff and it fires a jolt of electricity.

Edit: Without their money and power to influence the outcome though just brawn skills and average equipment

Why would money and power(I assume you're talking about influential power.) affect the outcome? They're not buying one another off they intend to kill one another.

Penguin for example could pay off his goons to kill everyone and buy a meta human and a tank

Ya and Two Face has hand to hand training from Bruce Wayne and Deathstroke and is capable of giving Bruce Wayne and Nightwing a fair fight as well as receiving weapons and sharpshooting training from Deathstroke

Yes, cause he's super-crazy and Batman is super-sane, not because he is anywhere a physical equal to Batman. Catwoman is consistently written as a crafty and skilled fighter.
