If going by Comic Versions this is Toyman in an utter curbstomp. Toyman is a super genius with far more dangerous tech and gear than Joker has ever even touched. As well Toyman is a master planner and brutal tactician

I don't see how Joker can beat Toyman Toyman's robots are capable of hurting Kryptonians and receiving blows from Superman, As well his technology is so advanced that the Lex Luthor Robot could not be picked up by either Brainiac or Kryptonian Technology
I'd say joker wins bc he has acid he could just melt toymans face plus joker has killed more people than Toyman and besides they're both full of surprises
