The Clown Prince of Crime decides Thor needs a dose of insanity added to his life. Thor is unaware of any attack against him. Joker is allowed 2 months prep time, in which he can steal whatever resources he needs or find people to help him. If Joker tries to find someone that can help, they have to be reasonably convinced. No saying, "Oh, Joker just gets Superman" because Superman obviously wouldn't just go help Joker. Joker has intel on anybody close to Thor he could kidnap or blackmail against Thor with. Thor wins by utterely obliteratong Joker, Joker wins by either KO, Death, or Situational Circumstances (i.e. Thor must surrender or a city of people die). Can the Madman do it?
Joker vs Thor

@Xanax Did you even read the OP? I gave Joker plenty of time and a multitude of ways to win. I think it's pretty fair.
Joker doesn't stand a chance even with years of prep, because Thor doesn't have exploitable weaknesses to use them against him. Even if Joker threatens to blow entire city if Thor doesn't surrender, Thor could just fly at him at the speed of light and then obliterate him in a second.
so you saying joker is like loki but without any powers THOR STOMPS.loki does what the joker is planning to do all the time

Joker would have to call upon Superman, Galactus, Doomsday or someone who is more on or above Thors level and chances are one of those characters would just tell Joker to stay out of the way and they'd do all the fighting and work for Joker... In other words, Joker wouldnt be battling... the op doesnt even give Joker a chance... Joker on his own cant get any prep to take out Thor... Its still a mismatch.
@Xanax The OP says Joker can get help. Again, did you even read it?... It doesn't matter if Joker is not physically fighting, if he can find someone to fight for him and win that counts.

Yes I read the op and replied to your op statements, did you either not read my previous posts or did you misunderstand my statement? Someone fighting Jokers battles for him is not a fair fight... for example if he got doomsday to help him, then doomsday would win cause he'd do the fighting and defeating for joker.
