joker is a horible fighter (better than some peole might think) but he's crap compared to most characters (he can just take alot of pain and he cheats) batman could beat him with his eyes closed

@ComicStooge: i know he's better than people think, but he is only good if he cheats his ass off, that is all he ever does, iv never seen him fight as stylishly as a ninja, or take down great fighter without bringing something to the table (i have seen a PIS one where he kicked around batgirl, but that doesnt count) ive heard of him even being knocked out by normal people (with like one hit). batman would hand (and does) hand his ass on a plate every time( he is very agile though). so ive got to ask was he cheating when fighting night wing
Joker's by no means skilled but , better than average man. I reckon it ends in Penguin getting ko'd after one hit :L yeah ive never heard of him having any H2H skills at all.

He doesn't usually, if ever act out of compulsion, making it easy for him to execute his plan without a hitch. Also, Penguin is actually a black belt in judo. A fact that most don't know, he is also incredibly fast for his body shape and form. Also, his signature umbrella which holds a hidden blade, has proved the fact that he has immense skills in sworsmanship...Or umbrellaship.

depends does Penguin have his gun? or is this just pure h2h anyway it would be hilarious to watch them fight h2h. Joker would definitively win but Penguin must have a good center of gravity

umm.... have you read endgame cuz i dont think any villain has put the jla against batman with smile on their faces
