Well it wasn't stated if this is bloodlust or not. Generaly if the thread starter doesn't declare it "in-character" its assumed to be bloodlust. And a bloodlusted Superman wouldn't care about who gets killed on earth.
Joker would win if he formed an incredible plot. Reasoning? If Luthor can come close and nearly win (only failing because of some reason with him himself) then Joker sure as hell can. Any other confrontation without upgrading Joker or giving him some sort of magical or technological advantage and it's spite.
