What's the point of giving them prep, if you're limiting Joker's arsenal anyway?? Even though I'm a raging Joker fanatic, I gotta admit that Loki wins.

Loki is a God, The Joker is some vigilante. Did you really think somebody like The Joker would compare at all to Loki? Loki's durability is on God-level, so none of Joker's gadgets would have any affect on Loki, in anyway, shape, or form.

The laughing gas can take out the 5 frost giants, then Joker use the acid flower to destroy the reality gem. Joker put a bullet in each knee of Loki and he then proceed to beat him to death with a crowbar.

Joker win.
