i really did not think this one through. but i did realize that the both do have some fighting skills. but on this one i think would go with Joker

Doesn't Joker have squirting acid and some laughing gas on him as standard equipment? If he's barehanded though he gets crushed.

lol?kingpin is highly inteligent and is the most powerfull mafia lord in marvel universe.he has waaaaaay more arsenal than joker does
as about a h2h combat...joker should be retarded to do that but anyhow kingpin has knockout gas, a cane, his expert martial artist, and hes way more powerfull than joker

the joker is crazier than most the people kingpin deals with so it could go either way as long as it wasnt a physical fight

The OP makes no mention to anything other than a straight fight, in which case, Kingpin should win this without trouble.

well yes i was just pointing that joker wouldnt go for a physical encounter.but i really cannot see how can joker possible win.he is crazy and kinda smart but so is the kingpin and the arsenal difference is colossal kingpin could come with a weapon that would destroy the whole gotham including joker lol

I like this answer even though it really has no bearing on the fight itself.

Anyhow, I can see Joker winning the fight IF Joker has thought it through and not in just some random fight with minimal/no weapons. I mean, we're talking about The Joker here. Joker's smarts >>> Kingpin's smarts, although Wilson "I love food" Fisk is a very intelligent man. He HAS to be a mutant or something to possess strength and speed at his level to stand against Spider-Man. There's no other explanation. As for the fight, Joker could take Kingpin down with proper planning or weaponry. Bearhug Joker, then acid in Kingpin's face. Straight up fist fight? Kingpin hands down no argument.
