Joker vs Green Arrow

  This is a battle between one of Batman's enemies against one of his Justice Leaguers. The scenario is Joker moved to Star City because he dosn't find the new Batman to his interest and plans to wreck havoc at Star City. Joker has Harley Quinn as a sidekick and Green Arrow has Speedy. Oliver must track down Joker using detective skills,though he is not a detective he must try. Joker has guns and his gag weaponary plus Joker venom and Green Arrow has trick arrows. Joker is pulling of killings with no link,will Oliver beable to find Joker and could he stop his increadible cunning intellect. I think Joker wins.

Arrow is a skilled fighter while the Joker plays mind games. In an actual fight Arrow would win, I'm not sure about speedy versus Harley. Catwoman is probably around the same level Tim Drake and Speedy has lost to him before while Harley has bested Catwoman before.

the joker can confuse batman and get the upper hand. So getting the upper hand and killing arrow won't be difficult for the joker.

Ollie

The Joker is also far more familiar with Batman, and Batmans' standard gear isn't all that impressive. He needs to have an idea of what he's up against and pack accordingly to be really that huge a threat.

Ollie has far more in his arsenal for a standard night out, he knows the lay of the land, and he can go toe-to-toe with some of the baddest martial artists DC has to offer. Team Arrow drops these foos.

That's what's gonna happen :
Green Arrow steps into Joker's work place . Joker starts laughing and telling him he's so smart , then he proceeds to calling Harley . She won't respond cause Speedy already knocked her out . Green Arrow shoots Joker in both of his legs .

I think people here underestimate the joker it'll take green arrow time to find joker and joker is almost as good as batman with prep he'd think of something to counter Ollie and Roy
