Joker vs Deathstroke - Battles

Thanks to the New 52, we have seen Joker's incredible prepping abilities. Over the course of a year, he predicted everything everyone would do to a T, and set up dozens of traps and mechanisms (With the exception of Barbara's brother, but that worked in his favor in the end). So! Giving Joker 3 months time to prep with his normal resources and information on everything about Deathstroke, could he bring him down? Win by K.O., Death, or any other state where they are unable to fight. Fight takes place in Gotham.

I love the sentiment, I do, but this is untrue.

With three months of one-sided prep, however, I do believe he has what it takes to take Slade down.

Just look at Batman,Luthor,Doctor Octopus, Reed Richards,Thanos,Doctor Doom,Iron Man,Ozymandias,ect,

He could do it. But he better succeed in taking DS out, cause if he fails he better hope he has enough prep for his escape before he is terminated.

Deathstroke still wins. He is better than Batman and would not hesitate to kill the Clown.

The question is: Is Deathstroke smarter than Batman? The Joker has managed to manipulate and deceive the Dark Knight (one of the smartest guys and detectives in the DC universe) after months of preparation. Could he do the same to Deathstroke?

I'm gonna go with yes.

Although I'm wondering if Deathstroke, with his experience and awesome skills, would anticipate an attack from Joker.
