@rolldestroyer: This isnt a battle just a comparison. You cant measure evil and they're very different. Joker is insane evil while Darkseid is conqueror like.

I'm going with Joker. He's pretty much done every evil thing in the book.

The Specter saying that the Joker is not responsible for his action's cheapen's the character.

Darkseid, he's kinda like Hitler, while Joker is one of those guys who kill, but can't help themselves cause they lost their rights as people in the public or something else like that. Darkseid is full evil doesn't want to prove a point just does it for the hell of it. Joker on the other hand is the opposite.

Make Sure It Is a Battle

The battle forum is for actual fights between characters. Things like 'who has the coolest power' or 'who gets the most chicks' ARE NOT BATTLES. Just because you put 'vs' in the title, does not automatically make it battle forum worthy. They should be placed in general discussion or in off-topic (depending on what they're about). As well, fights with characters who are not comic book or manga characters or haven't featured predominantly in comic books or manga (Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris, Barney Stinson vs Joey Tribbian etc) do not belong in the battle forum, either.

This has been discussed between the battle forum mods a bit. These are guidelines for what does and does not constitute a battle.

• Who Can Beat _____? - These are not battles and should be placed in that characters forum from this point forward. If they aren't and a mod notices, they'll be moved.
• Power vs Power - Things like Optic Blast vs Heat Vision are not battles and will be moved to the appropriate forum from now on.
• Item vs Item - Things like Mjolnir vs Captain America's Shield are not battles and will be moved to the appropriate forum from now on.
• Can ___ Do ____? - Things like 'Can Wolverine's Claws Cut Cap's Shield' or "Can Superman's Heat Vision Melt Adamantium' are not battles and will be moved to the appropriate forum from now on.

@heroesgold: I back this as thats who Kirby was trying to compare him to.Plus Joker only does that to get batman attention and spite him while Darkseid is evil because thats who he is.

His name is Darkseid for a reason peeps! But joker creeps that sh*t outta me.

Joker. He does things for the sake of evil, because he's evil. He knows he's evil, and has no delusions about any of his actions. He seeks to be evil, and will always try to be the bane of all things good.

Darkseid may be self-serving, but he's also for Apokolips. What he does isn't for the sake of being evil, he does it for other reasons.

Darkseid is the god of tyrrany and anti life, not evil. Evil for the sake of evil or even pleasure would be considered petty wastes of time by him.

And Darkseid would think Joker no better than Desaad.

Personally, I've never thought of Joker as evil. He's just "bat-sh*t" crazy.

Joker isn't evil, he's apathetic. He does whatever he wants when he wants because he doesn't see any reason not to. He tends to do more "bad" things than "good" things for two reasons: 1. the idea of death is entertaining to him, he finds the very idea that someone could care so much about their own meaningless life to be hilarious. And 2. To get Batman's attention.

Darkdeid, Joker is just a crazy.
