TAS Joker wins them both, with The Batman's Joker as a close runner up. Young Justice Joker loses, he was a disgrace to the character.

That last guy in white makeup was not the Joker. That was some guy who put on a happy face and started fighting good guys.

BTAS Joker wins with any kind of prep. It seemed like he could just run into a random building and it would already be overrun with smiling kill-bots, explosives, and the like.

Joker(YJ) Looks Very anime-ish so joker(YJ) Gets My vote

I really disliked TB Joker.

If I can use (TAS) feats from JL then he wins without prep.

If I can use his feats from the Batman Beyond movie, he stomps.

1. TAS Joker, but only because of the prep.

You know, as a kid I never noticed that the Joker never actually killed anyone.

TB Joker wins due to his ridiculous monkey style kung fu and ability to actually keep up with Batman in Combat 

Joker from btas was the best, but the joker from yj seems the craziest, and the joker from the batman did have some pretty decent fighting moves.

Since he is to cool to be included.  
He also hangs out with the likes of Darkseid.

Tas Joker was pretty good but when it came to actual combat he was piss poor.
