Scenario:

Monarch once again is hosting a battle forum, and takes these two speedsters and pit them against one another!

-battle takes place in Mojave Desert

-no morals, bloodlusted

-fight to death

who wins???

Technically the Crime Syndicate johnny is a little faster than the original. The original however is the only speedster who was able to turn his speed into genuine flight and i'd say that makes up for it. The original Johny for the win.

IMO Crime Syndicate Johhny takes it simply due to the fact that he fights dirtier and more devious use of speed fighting tactics..

yeah I'm not so sure about him fighting dirtier. the Original JQ was a real hot head. also very VERY impulsive.
