These men have defeated both the Steve's of there verse. Which one prevails in a random fight with no prep this is hand to hand combat. If I was a betting man, all my money on John Steele for sure. But lets see what others say.

John Steele only relies on his strength and durability rather than on any fighting skill, while Ultimate Nuke while just as durable and strong as Steele actually relies on his fighting skills.

You do know bullets bounce off of John and Steele has thrown cars to even bend parts of tanks easily?

I don't see Nuke winning this hand to hand without special weapons.

Yeah hand to hand might be a little over kill for Nuke. He needs very good weapons to win(I think).
