John Carter Warlord of Mars vs She Hulk

After years of in Mars, The Holy Therns finds a way to teleport John Carter back to Earth and they do. Whomever, for some mysterious reason John carter kept his super powers in Earth. The Holy Therns then trows the medallionsof transportation across Earth. John Carter needs to gather them to return to Mars. Accidentally he cross with She-Hulk, who has one of the medallions of The Therns. He try to ask She-Hulk for the medallion, but she isn't conveinced and believe John is a villain wanting the medallion for evil purposes and attacks him. Who wins?

She-hulk is well known for sleeping around. And John definitely didn't hold those victorian era ideals of prudishness anywhere near to his heart.

@Frocharocha: Within the scenario I don`t think John would be able to defeat She-Hulk and also She-Hulk would probably fight him to a standstill due to having morals and both in the end would work together, however She-Hulk has greater strength and is also more durable so she could win but I see it ending as a draw.
