Pretty sure Brian could solo...he has shown super speed in one episdoe, however Stewie and Peter could also possibly solo.

No, Brian ran to England and back to check on the Queen in the beginning of that short, and then at the end of the episode he ran to China and back from Rhode Island. Both occurred in less than a second. This was the superhero short in Family Guy, which is what the OP is stating.
