(joewell) Barakapool vs Deathstroke (w/ JL upgrades)

joewell wants me to make another thread for him so here it is :

Barakapool has all feats from movie and a bit more. (Diamond-Hard skin, Hulk Strength, Arch-Angel wings, Mild telepathy, Banshee Scream, Optic Blasts, etc.)

Deathstroke has the following upgrades : Superman's Heat Vision and Strength, Nth Metal Mace, Artificial ESF, 100 MPH Speed, Healing Factor, and Green Lantern Ring. (can only make stove-sized constructs)

Who will win?
