Hmmm hard to say......i think Killer Croc is to dumb to win this even though he is stronger. It depends if Zsasz is agil enough to avoid Brutale´s daggers till he can close the distance. In melee combat i favor Zsasz over Brutale and whoever wins kills Croc.

That and in a "Who's the bigger idiot" contest, Mac will always, always win.
Bendis treated Gargan like a total idiot, but he isn't one. In fact, he's pretty average. People are quick to forget he was a private detective before he bacame Scorpion.
Killer Croc lost to an unarmed Harvey Dent. He is probably the weakest villain and would have issues with even Jimmy Olsen. So its between the other two, and Brutale has the range advantage, so he'll take this.
How quickly people forget the numerous times he's given Wayne trouble in close range...
Well, he might have got lucky or Batman might have been holding back like he usually does, but if KC can't beat Harvey Dent in h2h these days he's no longer a threat to Wayne at all.
Killer Croc..... Neither Brutale or Zsasz have the strength to puncture his hide, even if they do have adamantium weapons since both are on the weak and scrawny side. Brutale even more so since he throws instead of stabs.
I imagine either will do just fine breaking through his hide, thanks to having adamantium laced weapons. He's durable, but not that durable where they'd be unable to harm him here. That's the point ;)
He's durable to blunt force, but that won't render him immune here. Croc's hide is definitely durable, but he still feels Wayne's strikes. A stab from Zsasz will definitely penetrate, as will the momentum of a throwing knife from brutale.
