Fight takes place where Superman and Captain Marvel fought. Starting distance is 50 feet

Both are in character but fully determined. Victory by ko or death

Any reasons?

Bloodlusted Supes could beat Darkseid. However Supes usually beats Captain Marvel. I don't think Captain Marvel can take on Darkseid.

Hmm....Cap' could probably do it.

For all Darkseid's hype, Supes never really had to work too hard to beat him....and assuming Cap is in Supe's normal strength range then he could win. On the other hand whenever Superman beat Darkseid he was extremely pissed and as stated in the show Captain Marvel was more of boyscout then even him...so he may be too soft to win.

@arcus: Darksied did better against Supes imo

Darkseid always lost to Supes in JLU, while Superman did beat Cap it wasn't physically (though he was beating Cap physically)

Supes beat both of them but Imo Darksied did a better job against an angry supes than CM did against a regular one.

No , he tried that end of the series and still got his ass kicked.

Always ? Darkseid made a joke out of him end of the series while Supes was all in.

@arqe: No, Superman was beating the sh!t out of DS, and then DS used he Agony Matrix. Clark was obviously more powerful.

AAAAnd no , both JLU so its settled Darkseid > Superman. Even if its only with 1 *lets call it device.

@arqe: No, Supes got his butt handed to him by a plot device: The Agony Matrix, not by Darkseid, he had him beaten, but the plot required Darkseid to stand up again.

It's JLU Darkseid without the Brainiac upgrade, so as he appeared before he died. Meaning no Agony Matrix
