But people have been beaten before who had the Power Gem by Thanos ( Champion and Drax... I believe as well )... so it could be that the Power Gem isnt as Powerful as it is being cut out to be unless its in the company of the rest of the Infinity Gems within the Infinity Gauntlet itself... and we really dont know what Thor's physical strength level is at its base anyways... I mean he was overpowered by Beta Ray Bill... and Bill's strength level physically cant be much more than 100,000 tons outside of his Hammer... so its possible Thor in warrior madness wont even equal the base strength level of Superman and Wonder Woman conbined... I mean even if Thor's base strength level was 200,000 tons... 200,000 x 10 fold is 2,000,000 tons of mass... Superman's base strength level is 900,000,000,000 tons... 2,000,000 tons of mass is no where near 900,000,000,000 tons...
might as well give up, obviously by DC's strength Standard no one in marvel can match it... so its an automatic win for DC in every battle unless we use cosmic entities. and people will claim it is unfair if we do. Thanos has FTL reflexes. Thanos has personal force-fields that stop attacks from Galactus. Flash doesn't get past the first shield before he dies. Plus there's the fact Thanos can just as easily mindrape him. Speed means nothing when your brain is turned to jelly...which is something else Thanos can do to him.

Ummm Kosmos was not even moving at the speed of light there. Your reaching...He can't mindrape him before he even moves...Superboy Prime could not even react and his reaction time is much faster than Thanos...Try looking at the scans I posted. This proves nothing about his reactions.

He turned a Skrull into stone by looking at him, a race of beings who can control and transform themselves on the molecular level at will. Regardless of any of that, Thanos can just as easily broadcast a wave of destructive cosmic force in massive AoE attack. Martain Manhunter telepathy worked on Spectre and messed with his mind. Spectre said John did it easily...

here is my point about fanboyish attitude.... in a random battle in character Thanos would win and here is why?
Thanos would appear in the city or moon(pick location).. meaning thanos would have his ship and a dimensional power source..(may not even use them) for whatever reason they confront one another there would be words of exchange which would end with thanos killing one of them to finish his sentence.. at which point someone would rush at thanos only to run into a force shield that is inpenetrable by even cosmic Gods.. where thanos would proceed to mind rape and choke people..transmute absorb energy and life force...ect ect... the end in a epic heroe battle remeniscent to the ones DS has with them....but quicker since thanos doesnt tend to play around when it's random encounters........

Thanos wins in a great big bloody stomp. Afterwords he gets Fallen One to clean the Martian gunk off his boots before gettin it on with Death almighty.

The definition of a random encounter is that two parties bump into each other, and some omnipotent cosmic entity gives them an irresistable desire to kill each other. In other words, no outside factor or influences.
But about that thanos teleported in and not realizing the situation, yeah, you're right.
I don't see how he can possibly lose. No one here can begin to compete with him in powers, strength, durability, etc. None of them have a hope of breaching his shields. None of them have any means by which to take him off the field given he can hop dimensions and teleport when he wants. So, go ahead. Explain how a bunch of weaklings could beat the Mad Titan. Given you've already stated that Stardust, a mid-tier Herald a best, weaker than the Surfer, beats Superman, and Thanos regularly makes the Surfer his bitch.

To be precise, he doesn't possess the power cosmic. PC is a power exclusive to Galactus and his heralds. Thanos may possess some cosmic power, but not actual power cosmic.

Power Cosmic and Cosmic Energy are the same thing. Galactus is like the living embodiment of Cosmic Energy, to which he passes on aspects of it to his Heralds. There are people who are Cosmic level and there are people who actually have Cosmic powers. Binary, for one, is a cosmic level person who does not possess cosmic energies. Nova (Herald) is a Cosmic wielder. Thanos is a beast when it comes to Cosmic power. His powers dwarf those of the Heralds, as has been shown quite consistently.

Okay since you think that Thanos can react to Flash speed lets really see if he can. For the record don't mention the scans that Rei-Kai posted because you can tell that the Silver Surfer was not moving at top speed. Okay Flash got a million people out of a city before a bomb exploded. I think him doing that feat is enough to show that Thanos wont have the reaction time to stop Flash from sending him into the speed force. Okay I will post some scans of the Flash speed and maybe some of the people in the fight.
