Let's say every JLA member minus Flash against the entire cast (with powers) from Bleach. That includes nameable Bounts, Arrancar, and Shinigami. Let's settle this whole mess at once so that there's no more confusion. And for the sake of argument let's say that Fate and/or Zatanna used a spell that allows them to see/touch/whatever these guys.
The speed of Shunpo is dependent on its user, and there are several who're arguably lightspeed status. There are maybe 5-6 people in the JLA that can move at lightspeed during combat, not including Flash whom I removed. Aside from that there are almost no other speedsters on the JLA team. Captains, Lieutenants and even other ranked officers in the Seireitei can use Shunpo at various levels. Aside from that, there are numerous Arrancar and the Espada who have speed on equivalent level with Shunpo. And then there's Uryuu who's Quincy speed move is also on par with it, and of course several Bounto who have attained similar levels.
Head-Captain Yamamoto can kill pretty much anyone here. We've barely seen what he can do, but people of Liutenant level can't even be near him without going catatonic from his spiritual pressure. And that was before he even used his Shikai release. We know Aizen can effectively mindscrew much of the JLA with his Shikai release. And the only ones who could defend against Byakuya's Shikai and Bankai are the speedsters. Everyone else gets torn to pieces. And there are a number of people who can kill Menos Grande with single swipes of their swords. Plus there's the fact that many higher ranked officers can use Kidou spells for attack and defense, which includes barrier and binding spells.
As of Hueco Mundo arc, Uryuu can fire thousands of arrows in a single volley. And Chad has developed speed on par with Shunpo and Sonido after realising the power of his left hand, plus the fact that Chad is ridiculously tough. Here's the last half of his fight with Gantenbainne.

Byakuya's shikai release effectively does the same thing with a thousand near invisible blades. His Bankai is 100,000,000 of them. Plus there's the fact his powers are wholly at the discretion of the Presence. And if we go by what the Soul Society did in Memories of Nobody, they have a weapon that can destroy a dimensional space completely. And anyway, that's assuming Phantom is fast enough to get anything done with a couple dozen speedsters going after everyone. Plus Aizen's absolute Hypnosis can make Phantom believe he summoned Spectre when he really hasn't.

Thats assuming Aizen can get to Phantom Stranger... even if Aizen got to him... Phantom Stranger could be immune to Aizen's Hypnosis...
How would PS be immune to it? It completely takes over a persons five senses and includes 6th sense abilities like a Shinigami's ability to sense Reiatsu (spiritual energy/pressure). But this is also assuming someone like Grimmjow or Ichigo doesn't kill PS with speed. Besides that, Phantom's powers aren't that effective in just summoning anyone he feels like. It depends on circumstance and time.

Cause PS isnt human... he is Divine in nature and possibly an Angel as well... who knows how Hypnosis wold effect him ?

The Term God is loosely used at times in Comics and Manga... Phantom Stranger has been said to have power near a Full Powered Spectre... someone who happens to have true God Like Power ( even if he does gets his ass handed to him at times )... so I still think Aizen could be over his head trying to use Hypnosis on PS...

I will try to see if I can find some scans of Phantom Stranger in action... ( Hard Task )... and The Spectre has been up and down in power scale.. I would not consider loosing to Black Adam as something of a high end feat for Spectre...
In any case, Spectre needs a human host anyway in order to act these days. So even if he could be summoned, there's nothing he could really do. Besides, calling in Spectre is like admitting the JLA can't win it themselves.

Actually, It was Jim Corrigan Spectre that earned him the yo-yo reputation. Hal Jordan Spectre has been much more consistent, and since rebirth, up until Revelations, Spectre was consistently shown to be the most powerful magical being in dcu.
Ps as well, while before he was powerful, it was Day of vengeance in 2006 that established his image as a nigh omnipotent entity.

Well actually the whole Phantom Stranger summoning The Spectre point was something I was joking about... thats why I said " lol jk " at the end of the post... I just kept this up cause it was getting interesting...

lol, I've seen people use those scans before. But here's the thing, Spectre is a ghost, he cannot be harmed by such an attack. If you look at the bottom panel on the second page, you see him effortlessly depowering Black Adam. Now even though he looks bloody and beaten up, it's just for shows, he never even slows down his attack to recover.
Well J'onn has been shown to be effected by ki/spiritual energy before, so going intangible probably won't help. Kenpachi turns the most basic of Kendo moves into a fricken WTF-rape move. Here's a clip. Just skip to about 2:45 into it.

Ichigo has fought Grimmjow 3 times. First was in human world and Ichigo's abilities weren't 100% and he was still fluctuating cause of his inner Hollow and Grimmjow just beat the shit out of him. 2nd time Ichigo used his Vizard mask and wailed on Grimmjow, who was already weakened cause Tousen cut off his left arm. Grimmjow got nailed badly here, but Ichigo ran out of time on his mask and when it broke his power dropped significantly. Grimmjow would've finished him had there not been another interuption.
The third and final time Ichigo fought Grimmjow was in Hueco Mundo, and in that instance Grimmjow resorted to using his Released form. I believe I showed this clip already on the first page here. It was Vizard Ichigo w/Bankai vs. Released Grimmjow. They were pretty even for the most part, but in the end Ichigo came out on top.
